What GOG is

GOG is a men's wellness app that provides AI-powered conversation, goal tracking, and accountability tools. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.

What we collect

When you use the Goals tab, GOG collects your first name and email address. This is used to personalize your experience in the app and to send goal reminder notifications. Your goals, check-ins, and conversation text are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses and stored in our database.

What leaves your device

Text you type into GOG — including chat messages, check-ins, and goal descriptions — is sent to OpenAI to generate responses. When GOG speaks responses aloud, that text is sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio. Your name and email are stored in Airtable.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
